NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50.0005 is now available for download from our websites. This release of NetSupport ServiceDesk version 5.50.0005 does not require a new license key and will work with an existing NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50 License.

Fixed an issue where a Custom Data field set to display on specified users or Categories was not removed from the page if the user or Category was changed.
Resolved a problem where the Due Date field was not visible to the End User on the New Incident or New Change Request pages.
Fixed an issue where it was not possible to delete a field that had been added to the Group By section on the Edit Report page.
Resolved a problem where changes to the Custom Data entries were not always saved when clicking the Save icon.
Fixed an issue where it was not possible to drag a field from the Group By section of the Edit Report page onto the Group Header or Group Footer report sections.
