NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50.0004 is now available for download from our websites. This release of NetSupport ServiceDesk version 5.50.0004 does not require a new license key and will work with an existing NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50 License.

What's fixed
Updated the Spanish and Catalan translations for "The logged on user" and "Not the logged on user" condition values.
Resolved an issue when adding solutions to a ticket where the solution text would appear blank until the ticket was saved.
Corrected a spelling mistake on the browser notification.
Fixed an issue where certain punctuation characters were not being displayed correctly in a ticket which was raised from an email.
Fixed issue where "New Email" and "Status Value" checking workflow rules were triggering incorrectly.
Custom fields are now displaying correctly when using Chrome browser.

Added the option "View the Audit Trail" to special permissions so this can be turned On/Off for "The Contact", "The Contacts Manager" or "The Default Contact for the Company".
