NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50.0001 is now available for download from our websites. This release is a chargeable update and will only work with an updated version 5.50 Key.

The release is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Catalan

What's new
  • Workflow rule conditions can now be set to include Child Categories.
  • New workflow rule conditions based on the logged-on user.
  • New workflow rule conditions for the type of Item allowing for workflow to trigger when an item is converted to a different type.
  • New workflow conditions for ServiceDesk operators, allowing for workflow to trigger only when updates are made by ServiceDesk operators or Users.
  • Enhanced Workflow conditions to add the ability to use OR Statements on when there are multiple Conditions for a rule.
  • Updated the summary screen for a Service Desk operator to show summary of all departments they are a manager of.
  • Updated workflow conditions to use an 'Is Not Equal To' condition in Workflow Rule.
  • Update the Active Directory synchronization to allow specific OU's to be excluded.

  • Resolved issue with Find user window not displaying correctly when more than 10 users are returned in the search.
  • Resolved Incorrect Grouping of Assignee Drop-down List for Incident tickets, when multiple companies and Service Desk operators are used.
  • Fixed issue with Images not displaying in emails sent from ServiceDesk when updating tickets.
  • Fixed Department Field Drop-down being Blank when Creating New Users from Select User Window on an incident.
  • Resolved Workflow Rule Condition Not Triggering on ticket status changing to closed.
  • Resolved issue with exporting lists would not include closed tickets when list option had been enabled.
  • Fixed issue where My Change request button on the Lists tab continues.
  • Error Triggered when trying to Delete User Account under certain conditions.
